All ids38 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies or via USDT cryptocurrency are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by ids38 at the time of the transaction. ids38 does not guarantee a fixed conversion rate and reserves the right to update rates in line with market conditions.
ids38 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. In the event a Member requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds with an active Wagering Requirement remain in their account, those Bonus Funds will be forfeited and the withdrawal will be processed against the real-money balance only.
ids38 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals.
